About Us College & Career
Butch Nixon leads small group Bible studies designed for the person who has graduated school and is starting life’s journey, whether their next destination is college or the workplace. Join him at the West Campus at 11:00 on Sunday mornings. At our downtown campus, Mike and Tracy Haney lead the College/Career Bible Study class every Sunday morning at 11am.
This ministry’s purpose is to encourage young adults ages 18-25 to “continue to work out your salvation” (Phil. 2:12b) by becoming more grounded in their faith, to teach sound doctrine for the purpose of growing in the faith, and to keep one another accountable in his/her personal walk with Jesus Christ!
Camping trips, dinner out, and game nights are only a few of the activities that round out the fellowship of the young adult ministry at FBC McDonough.
